The Vigna Baragazza is located in the higher altitude lands of the company for which a single 777 Pinot Noir clone was selected.

Manual collection with boxes. Destemming and soft pressing. The racking takes place after the alcoholic fermentation in steel. Aging in French oak barrels of 1st and 2nd passage for 18 months and subsequent bottling.

Compact and homogeneous garnet red. Elegant nose of blueberry in alcohol and crème de cassis, withered red flowers, humus and nuanced tertiary animal nuances. A dynamic freshness rests on an evolving tannic texture that is well articulated with the alcohol content. Long and pleasantly savory finish.

Obtained from the vineyards of Villa di Bagnolo, near the homonymous torrent at 150 meters above sea level, where Pinot Noir is present in several clones, coming from Burgundy, selected over the years  (236, 292, 386, 777, 828, 943 e 583) . Bright and transparent ruby. Olfactory rhythms marked by crème de cassis, pomegranate, strawberry tree, aromatic herbs and green tea, followed and supplemented by barley and rhubarb incense, until the end of eucalyptus.
