Marchesi Pancrazi “Villa di Bagnolo” Pinot Noir

Obtained from the vineyards of Villa di Bagnolo, near the homonymous torrent at 150 meters above sea level, where Pinot Noir is present in several clones, coming from Burgundy, selected over the years  (236, 292, 386, 777, 828, 943 e 583) . Manual collection with boxes. Destemming and soft pressing. The racking takes place after the alcoholic fermentation in steel. Aging in French oak barrels of 1st and 2nd passage for 18 months and subsequent bottling.

Bright and transparent ruby. Olfactory rhythms marked by crème de cassis, pomegranate, strawberry tree, aromatic herbs and green tea, followed and supplemented by barley and rhubarb incense, until the end of eucalyptus. The tasting is an exaltation of freshness, completed by the well-dosed power and the tannin of perfect execution. Refined along the entire gustatory journey, it reveals certain longevity. ( Vitae )
